I hired Latia to care for my sick aunt and talked to her by cell which she agreed to come over that same day to do an overnight shift starting at 7:30 PM. She never showed up! What's worse is she never contacted me. I called, texted, even sent her an email through the care.org site at 9pm which she read at 9:09pm and still never replied. She is completely unprofessional and will leave you hanging in your most vulnerable time. Do not hire her.
