About Latesha

I am a passionate and experienced childcare provider with years of professional and personal childcare and dog sitting experience. My previous experience includes babysitting for various ages starting at 6mths and nannying for a child with ASD a few times of month from 2-4yrs. I have experience with the youth from 5 until college in other capacities(HS mentoring, summer camps, before and after school care, and sports coaching for ages 5 to college). My experience has allowed me to positively impact the lives of children and support families in providing reliable care. My patient personality, coupled with my creativity and empathetic demeanor, creates a nurturing environment for children to thrive. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring they receive regular updates and I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting style and preferences. I have a 15-month-old son who I would love to bring with me when his nanny is off.
