Hi! I'm Latesha, a devoted mother of five with over 20 years of hands-on childcare experience. I offer a calm, nurturing, and structured environment where children feel safe, loved, and engaged. I've supported kids of all ages, from toddlers to teens, and have personal experience caring for children with special needs. Though I'm not currently CPR-certified, I have performed CPR on my own son during an emergency. That moment has stayed with me, and I've continued to educate myself to stay prepared in case of any future need. In addition to caregiving, I bring leadership, organization, and strong communication skills from years of parenting, ministry work, and administrative experience.
