For over 15 years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors. My passion stems from a deep-seated desire to support their well-being and independence, building upon positive experiences I've had in similar roles. I hold a college degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I strive to create a comfortable environment and connect with those in my care. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with empathy. I offer respite care, assist with errands, provide home health support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and encourage physical activity. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Knowing I can bring a little comfort and joy to someone's day makes this work incredibly rewarding.
