Latasha scheduled to meet with me twice on her own time frame after applying to my job post. She was 1st to apply. Both times she didn't show & reliability is a must. She seemed nice from the small convo but she appears to have a lot going on in her personal life for consistency. Maybe at another time she would have been great but unfortunately I can't confirm or say more right now due to my experience currently. **Bad 1st time experience for using care.com especially after paying $60 to use.
