For two decades, I've dedicated myself to enhancing the lives of adults and seniors. My motivation stems from a deep-seated passion for supporting their well-being and independence, fueled by positive experiences in previous care roles and a desire to make a real difference. I provide live-in care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assist with mobility and physical activity. I'm also experienced in dementia care, medical management, and home health. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment to build strong connections. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. I adeptly handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I am comfortable with pets and have my own car. I also speak English and Russian. I look forward to bringing my experience and caring nature to your family.
