About Lasandra

Hi! I'm the oldest of three and have been caring for children since high school, which is where my love for working with children first began. I spent 5 years nannying both full time amd part time and working in a preschool before stepping into a House Manager role, where I supported both childcare and home organization. Now I'm the adminitrative assitant to the special education department in an elementary school district. I miss the one-on-one connections that come from working directly with families and im hoping to find somthing part time. With EEC certification (infants-PreK), CPR training, and 6 years of hands-on experience, I know how to create a safe, fun, and structured environment. I take pride in being dependable, organized, and caring and I truly enjoy becoming a trusted part of a child's world. I'm excited to find the right family to offer my support during my free time!
