Hi there! My name is Laryssa. I'm 22 years old and recently married! I don't smoke, drink, or do any other substances. I'm a Christian and am involved with my church in many ways, but especially when it comes to cooking/baking! English is my native language, but I am fluent in Portuguese and practicing my Spanish. I've been working with kids in a daycare setting and babysitting setting since I was a freshman in high school. The last three years, I've been a lead teacher for the 12-18 months age group at a daycare that I absolutely loved. I have great references from my director and multiple families as well! I'm First Aid, Epi pen, and CPR trained. I also have completed an Early Child Development coursework. I'm hoping to continue studying to complete my CDA and maybe further my education in education. Knowing that I can make a difference in a child's life brings me immense happiness!

Laryssa was absolutely amazing with my two kids, an 18-month old and an 11 year old, which is not an easy age gap to manage, but she handled it effortlessly! She was so kind, patient, and really connected with both of them in their own ways. My toddler warmed up to her right away, and my older one said how much fun he had too. It was such a relief knowing they were in good hands. She kept them happy, safe, and engaged the whole time. On top of that, she was super easy to talk to, punctual, and just had a really great energy. I wouldn’t hesitate to have her back and would recommend her to any family without a doubt!
