I am a certified Adult and Pediatric First Aid / SPR /AED. I am compassionate. I pride myself on being able to learn new skills and adapt to any situation quickly. The experience and understanding I have come from a very personal level. I cared for my husband daily while he was battling cancer. It was through this journey when I realized that I had the strength to handle situations that can be stressful and difficult. Compassion is very natural for me; it is not developed; it is something you're born with or not. I can do many things to assist around the home while caring for my clients. I like taking the time to listen and getting to know that my client's needs are. I am happy to run errands, such as taking them to doctor appointments, cleaning, cooking, laundry. I connect very quickly and want to improve the quality of life for whom I care for as a client. I am disciplined and self-motivated, punctual and dependable. I have great communication skills.
Larysa is the best caregiver we have ever had. We searched for three years and tried many people, but she is the only one who was truly excellent. She took wonderful care of my 89-year-old mother-in-law, who has dementia and is in a wheelchair. Because of the dementia, her mood goes up and down a lot. Larysa always knew how to handle it with patience. My mother-in-law is very happy with her. Larysa is honest, and I trusted her completely. She listens carefully and does exactly what you ask. She is always on time and very flexible with her schedule. She always says yes whenever we need her. She is clean, organized, full of energy, and smart. She kept the house very clean. She truly wants to work. She played games with my mother-in-law and talked with her. She cooks very well and was always willing to go to the grocery store or pharmacy when needed. She texted me updates on how my mother-in-law was doing twice a day, and she only called if something was very important. This gave us real peace of mind and allowed us to take breaks knowing my mother-in-law was in good hands. When we moved, Larysa was so helpful. She packed my mother-in-law’s things and even made snacks for her. After the move, she still checked in to ask how my mother-in-law was doing. She truly cares and has a lot of compassion. If we were not moving, I would keep her forever. I cannot replace her. I am sure you will love working with her.
