Laritza is wonderful with children! We have two small kiddos and they both took to her immediately. Our daughter is a little more timid, so it was very comforting to see her take such a liking towards Laritza. Laritza was on time, very sweet, and even cleaned up a bit while she was watching our kids. She was also awesome at sticking to our kid's schedules, which was very much appreciated. Our need for childcare is more sporadic, which is the only reason we didn't immediately hire her full time. We will continue to use her as needed!
