About Larissa

I create safe, nurturing spaces where children can thrive; emotionally, socially, and intellectually. With experience caring for children of all ages, I meet each child where they are, blending structure, gentle guidance, and warmth to foster confidence, security, and joy. Rooted in Montessori-inspired values, I encourage hands-on learning and independence through meaningful, playful experiences; cooking, art, nature exploration, and active outdoor activites. My background as a certified lifeguard, swim instructor, a hospital based nurses assistant, and CPR-certified child caregiver ensures safety is always a priority. Currently a nursing student graduating in May of 2026, I bring a unique perspective of empathy, patience, and attentiveness to my care. I tailor my approach to each child's personality and needs, providing a calm, supportive presence that nurtures growth, curiosity, and emotional resilience.
