I have worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the past three years, beginning in a clinical setting and now serving within a school environment. My current role follows a school district schedule, which provides summers and holidays off, aligning with the academic calendar. Throughout my career, I have supported children and adolescents facing a wide range of behavioral, developmental, and mental health challenges, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and other social-emotional needs. I approach each individual with care, compassion, and empathy, striving to create a supportive environment where students feel understood, safe, and capable of growth. This work is truly my dream career, and I am currently continuing my education to expand my knowledge and professional skills in the field. I am also CPR certified and trained in after-school care, ensuring that I can provide both therapeutic and practical support in diverse situations.
