Larisa is a wonderful nanny who has provided loving, nurturing care for our infant son. She interacts with him so that he is encouraged to communicate, be active, and learn all the time. She knows a very large number of baby sign language signs, and consistently used them to help our son communicate with us early. She is very good about keeping me informed of his eating, sleeping, moods, and anything else of importance every day, and is able to make good decisions about his care without needing instruction during the day while I am at work. She takes him on daily walks and to story time at the library. The best part of having Larisa as a nanny is how much my son loves her and is excited to see her every morning, and how content he is every evening when I get home. I feel like I never have to worry, and you really can't ask for more than that. If we weren't moving away, we would keep Larisa in our lives as long as we could. Any child will be lucky to have her!
