Hi everyone! I'm a former assistant preschool teacher looking to work as a babysitter! I work full-time as a high school case manager in North County, but I greatly miss working with little ones. I began working with kids three years ago while attending UC San Diego. I interned at an elementary school mentoring 4th/5th graders in academic confidence and emotional management. Later, at a preschool, I implemented a play-based curriculum (science projects, pretend play, storytime) for 22 children aged 3-5. I also managed behavior using positive reinforcement and effective redirection. I have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and my CPR/First-Aid certification. I am looking for occasional babysitting and am happy to help with errands. Since I'm new to the site and building a clientele, my introductory rate is $20/hour.
