About Lareiny

Hello family ! I'm a dedicated caretaker who is passionate about building a nurturing bond with children as well as a trusting and communicative one with parents. My values align strongly with the Montessori method as well as RIE principals which encompass fostering independence and emotional regulation while respecting children as whole human beings from birth. My approach to caretaking consist of following the child's cues while providing support and boundaries to ensure safety and confidence. I am also well versed in various sleep training methods including Taking Cara Babies, Ferber, and Extinction method. I like to go on outings into the community when allowed and to the parents preference to have children explore their local library, parks, zoos, museums etc.
