About Lara

I'm a certified teacher with over 10 years of experience working with children and a background as an elementary music teacher. Helping children learn, grow, and build confidence has always been my passion. I bring a warm, energetic, and engaging approach to childcare, creating a safe and supportive environment where kids can thrive. In addition to teaching in public schools, I've worked as a swim instructor, sailing instructor, skiing instructor, camp leader, and private music teacher. These experiences have given me the skills to connect with children of different ages, personalities, and interests while keeping activities fun, enriching, and age-appropriate. Whether we're reading, playing games, making music, spending time outdoors, or tackling homework, I love turning everyday moments into opportunities for learning and creativity. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children, and committed to providing reliable care and open communication with parents.
