I'd describe my personality as professional, respectful, compassionate. I like caring for people with special needs because I enjoy it. People are individuals first and should always be treated as such to be successful in the level of their abilities. I'm looking for a job that is just a few extra hours a week to bring in some extra money. I started caring for people with special needs when I was in college back in 1997. I've always stayed in the field since so I bring 28yrs experience. In my spare time, I like to spend quality time with my family, walk our dog, read. One thing you should know about me is I am very open minded and intelligent. I've always been about to quickly build positive rapports with individuals I've worked and I am able to problem to modify tasks to individual abilities.
