I have worked for a private home care company in the home and in the office For the same company for 16 years. I have also went to CNA and MA school. I'm patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I understand that clear communication with families is essential, so I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and follow your preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I provide transportation, hospice services, and medical management.
