We would highly recommend Lan. She has been taking care of our baby boy for almost one year since when he was 3-month-old. She is very punctual, patient, and careful. She takes good care of our son, follows our rules about napping and feeding, and teaches him new things as he grows. We trust her with the baby when we are out working. Our son gives Lan a big smile every morning when he sees her. We couldn't ask for a better nanny like Lan.
