Hello my name is Lanita, I got certified as a CNA at the age of 17 in Lafayette, La. I worked to one nursing home and one hospital. I graduated high school in 2015 and moved to Texas in 2016. I worked in Texas as a licensed CNA for almost two years until I got hired at Children's Hospital. I didn't know that at this particular hospital you didn't need your license to be a Patient Care Tech. By the time I found this information out my license had expired. I had been certified for 4 years but I have 10 plus years of experience. I moved to California in 2018 and worked retail for a bit before I realized I missed being a CNA. I got hired to Parkrose Gardens of Fairfield last year and quit in January due to personal reasons . I feel I would be the best caregiver for the job because I have compassion, and I will make sure all their needs are satisfied.
