As a new mom, I hired Lani to watch my 4 month old baby a few hours a day a few days a week and she has been absolutely incredible. She is dependable and listens to any and all directions I have for my baby but most importantly, she treats and loves my baby as if he was her own. On top of that she has endless energy and my baby loves being with her and going on all kinds of adventures. The only reason we are looking for a new nanny is because Lani can't do full-time, though we will continue to use her for babysitting if and when she can help.
