About Lani

I'm a big hearted, active and responsible woman in my early 30s who has years of experience in nanny and family assistant roles. I've nannied and cooked for families in LA, NY, and Montana, and just moved Kauai to be with my family. I enjoy getting kids outside, researching developmental and educational games, constantly engaging them in conversations, and sometimes chores. I help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and running errands to help lighten the load. I am committed to fostering emotional validation, independence, and resilience in children, and giving them the love and attention they need. I have experience working with neurodivergent and mentally disabled children. My strengths are my calm, grounded energy, organizational skills and attention to detail. I love all outdoor activities - hiking, running, biking, swimming etc with my dog, reading, and music. I would love to get to know and join your family!
