About Laney

Hi, I'm Laney! I am a pre-medical student, an experienced hospitality professional, and the oldest sister of seven siblings. Because of my large family, I've been taking care of children of all ages almost my entire life. I have been entrusted with professional babysitting roles since I was 11 years old. I am especially comfortable with young children and infants, having played a central role in raising and caring for my youngest sister from the time she was born. Alongside my childcare experience, I stepped into early management roles at two separate establishments by the time I was 17. My background in leadership and customer service has taught me how to communicate effectively, handle fast-paced situations, and anticipate families' needs.
