If you are looking for someone who will engage with your children and make you feel more at ease while apart from them, Lanea should be your go-to. She has nannied my 9 month old and 2 1/2 year old for the past 6 months. The whole family is sad that we won't be seeing her as much due to a change in my husband's employment. We know she will be a huge blessing to whomever she works with next. Lanea is a kindhearted person whom both of my children warmed up to very quickly. She comes prepared with developmentally appropriate activities and is excellent at handling a vast array of issues, from complex toddler emotions to infant sicknesses. She has made my life as a working mom so much less stressful, and I know my children have loved having her around. Even the dog loves Lanea! I can't recommend her enough.
