About Landyn

Hello! Im Landyn! Im an upcoming senior at Appalachian State University studying Physics and Astronomy. Growing up with a lot of little cousins, I became very comfortable with changing diapers, play time, feeding, putting them to bed, etc. For the past three years, I have worked at a summer camp in Lake Norman as both a camp counselor in 2022 and a camp leader in 2023 and 24 . My experience accelerated while working there. It has helped me to balance looking after multiple kids at once which were sometimes over groups of 12, gained experience administering varieties of first aid, medication administration skills, responded to emergencies, improved my conflict resolution/ management skills, etc. All spanning ages from three to 14 years old. I promise to be a flexible person, a clear and efficient communicator, patient, enthusiastic, and most importantly handle your little ones with care and provide them with safety.
