About Lanay

Leanay is a dedicated childcare professional with years of experience caring for and nurturing children of all ages. As a licensed in-home childcare provider from 2018 to 2026, she successfully operated a safe, structured, and loving environment where children could learn, grow, and thrive. Throughout her childcare career, Leanay provided high-quality care for infants, toddlers, preschool-aged children, and school-aged youth. Her experience includes supervising daily activities, supporting early childhood development, assisting with homework, planning educational and recreational activities, and maintaining a safe and nurturing atmosphere for every child in her care. In addition to her in-home childcare experience, Leanay has extensive experience providing before-school and after-school care. She has built strong relationships with children and families by demonstrating patience, compassion, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
