About Lanaya

Hi! My name is Lanaya, and I have eight years of experience as a youth worker. I'm certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid and have worked with children and teens from elementary through high school. Over the past several years, I've managed and led youth programs including a teen program in Boston's South End where I've organized activities, mentored students, and created safe, fun, and supportive spaces for kids. I am currently a senior in college studying Sociology, and I bring both professional skills and a caring personality to babysitting. Families can rely on me to be responsible, patient, and dependable. Whether it's helping with homework, planning engaging activities, or making sure kids feel safe and supported, I love working with young people and helping them thrive.
