Lana is an absolute lifesaver for our cats, who can be a handhul sometimes . From the first meet-and-greet, she was calm, attentive, and totally in tune with their individual quirks; for example, she remembered Theo's hiding spot under the bed and his preference for chin scratches before treats. While we were away, she sent daily photo updates with little captions that made us laugh, and she even noticed Seymour's picky eating habit and adjusted meal timing so he actually finished. We came home to happy, relaxed cats and a spotless house and we couldn't be happier! Five stars feels like an understatement, if you're lucky enough to book Lana, take it immediately.😻
