I have worked with Lana in the past. She showed exemplary care, response and attentiveness to the seniors she was caring for on a day to day. 

I have known Lana as a professional caregiver for two years. We met at an assisted living facility in Ft. Worth where I worked privately for a family who resided  at that location. I witnessed her outstanding performance, personality and perseverance daily. Her contagious smile was something I appreciated from the beginning. Even while multitasking simultaneously due to lack of staff and unexpected additional duties put on her, she always had the best attitude regardless of the overwhelming situation. Her empathy and compassion for the residents she cared for was something to admire. She is absolutely a person I would want on my care team or with any of my loved ones in need of exceptional care.  

Lana is caring by nature which I believe is the most important aspect of being a caregiver. She cares for the person as a whole (unlike others that may physically care for others because it is there “job”), Lana forms bonds with people further developing trust and friendships. Lana is great at what she does and I highly recommend her. 

Amazing, caring, professional caretaker. Knows how to deal with all kinds of challenges (family and client) challenges. Attention to detail, gets the job done/need met completely and correctly. Elderly people can sometimes be cranky and unappreciative and Lana knows how to read them and make them soften and smile and allow her to do her job. Unfailingly helpful and informative with family members as well. Always goes above and beyond to help, care, inform. Even when well beyond the time and job description.
