About Lanae

For the last 5-6 years of my grandparents lives I was their main care provider. They were my life and I cared for them deeply. I helped with their medications, took them to doctor appointments, home repairs, prepared meals and gave love and attention. I have great patience for the elderly. I have been a personal trainer for the past 8 years and have had a couple elderly clients. One specifically was 92. I helped him go from using a cane to walk around confidently without one. He was sweet a pie and I loved working with them. I feel most elderly people just need love and attention to be happy. My papa (grandpa) had dementia the last 2 years of his life, was hard hearing and was half blind so I am also experienced with assisted through those obstacles. Since my papa's passing I have worked with several elderly people for extended periods of time and a quadriplegic women.
