Lamaiya has been with us for 3 months and has been wonderful with our baby and 4yo. She’s always thinking of activities to keep them entertained, and does more than I’ve asked for around the house (straightening up, making homemade snacks, organizing clothes). Whatever is going on with the kids, she comes to work with ideas for how to support them, clearly having done some research (like how to build strength to help our nearly 6mo to sit independently). That said, she’s also very responsive to how we want things done and continually follows up to ensure she’s meeting our needs. I work from home and she’s great to have in the house. And she’s on time! We highly recommend her.
