My passion for supporting well-being and independence, coupled with 3 years of experience in adult and senior care, drives my commitment. I hold a graduate degree and bring a patient, friendly, and professional approach to my work. I offer transportation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also provide dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. Earning your trust is my priority, and I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone, and by following your preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid trained, and I have a car. I look forward to discussing how I can bring peace of mind to you and joyful support to your loved one.
