I understand the importance of building connections. That's why I prioritize understanding your loved one's preferences and history. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I'm a Certified Nursing Attendant (CNA) and have Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR and (AED) and First Aid training. As a CNA, I am also trained on patients with dementia, elder care, psychiatric conditions and I have worked in the emergency room for 20 years.
