About Lakisha

Empowering students to reach their full potential through tailored, patient instruction is my primary focus. With 10 years of experience as a Certified teacher and expertise in Individualized Education Programs (IEP), I specialize in supporting elementary and middle school students. I believe that learning thrives in a supportive environment where complex problems are broken down into manageable, achievable steps. By integrating visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples, I adapt my methods to suit your unique learning style. I maintain open communication with parents to ensure we are aligned on progress and goals. Nothing is more rewarding than watching a student's confidence grow as they master new skills and achieve their academic milestones. I look forward to building a strong, positive rapport with you as we work together to make your learning journey both successful and enjoyable.
