Lakisha was on time for our interview. She was pleasant & while she didn't have her references in hand, she did email them to me after our interview. She seemed comfortable around my Son with special needs. She was relaxed during the interview process and did let me know that her energy level wasn't where she would like it but that she was working on that. With a 5 year old, she will for sure need some energy. Overall, she was pleasant and did a good job at the interview.
