About Lakiria

What motivates me to become a caregiver is my desire to learn valuable skills that I may need in the future as my parents get older and approach retirement age. I want to gain experience caring for older adults so that I can better understand their needs and eventually be able to provide support for my own parents if they need it. At the same time, I want to make a positive difference in the lives of others by providing compassion, patience, companionship, and assistance with their daily needs. I believe every individual deserves to feel safe, respected, and cared for, and I look forward to learning, growing, and developing my skills in this field. I have not yet had the opportunity to care for seniors outside of my family. However, I have experience caring for my grandmother and uncle when they were sick. I am eager to learn, gain professional experience, and develop the skills needed to provide quality care to seniors.
