About Lakeya

Nurturing children and watching them blossom has always been a true passion of mine. My seven years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, has solidified my desire to positively impact young lives. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. I'm patient, creative, and approachable. I enjoy playing board games and educational games. I have some college education, plus Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. I provide daily written reports, communicate verbally at pickup, and offer regular updates via text or phone call. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I hold current First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications. I am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and carpooling. Ultimately, I hope to create a safe and fun environment where your children can thrive, and I look forward to the opportunity to bring my enthusiasm and experience to your family!
