My background includes some college and practical experience with adults with intellectual disabilities, including medication administration. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I offer respite care, transportation, errands/shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with compassion. I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and history to build strong connections. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. As a compassionate and detail-oriented caregiver, I provide families with a reliable care option.
