Working with children is something I am truly passionate about because I love being able to support their growth, safety, and development. As a mother of three and a trained medical assistant, I understand how important patience, compassion, and clear communication are when caring for kids. I make sure to create a safe, positive, and structured environment where children feel comfortable and heard. I support their needs by paying close attention to their emotional, physical, and developmental stages, offering encouragement, helping with problem-solving, and reinforcing positive behavior. I am attentive to safety guidelines, maintain cleanliness, and communicate effectively with parents or guardians to ensure consistency in care. My goal is always to provide nurturing support while helping children build confidence, independence, and healthy habits.
