I am a passionate caregiver who has always been drawn to working with children. I adapt to their preferred communication method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup, regular text updates, or phone calls. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a firm yet gentle manner. I believe that consistency and structure are essential for children's development, and I work closely with parents to ensure that our expectations are aligned. I enjoy a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games that encourage activity and teamwork. Board games and puzzles help develop problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
