About Lainey

I have over eight years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. My background includes working as a nanny and babysitter, as well as a youth leader, preschool/children's dance instructor, and summer camp counselor. I love creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment through creative activities, outdoor play, and structured routines. I am currently studying Criminal Justice and working toward my goal of becoming a Law Enforcement Officer, saving for the Police Academy. Safety, patience, and clear communication are always my top priorities, and I make it a point to follow each family's household rules and preferred communication style. I'm comfortable with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am First Aid and CPR certified and have completed coursework in Early Child Development.
