About Lainey

I've always loved working with kids. I first started volunteering in the childcare center at my church as a teenager, then spent a year helping in my high school's on-campus daycare. I babysat my younger cousins and later helped care for my two younger brothers after they were born. I have a bachelor's degree in Social Science with focuses in Psychology, Human Development, and Business, which has helped me understand children's different needs and personalities. I've developed a calm, patient, and creative approach that helps kids feel comfortable, supported, and engaged. I love keeping kids busy with games, crafts, and fun learning activities. I like to send small updates throughout the day so parents feel connected, then share a detailed debrief at pickup. I'm also pet-friendly, as I have a dog and cat myself.
