About Laine

I don't think I can accurately put into words how wonderful Laine is. She is everything you would want in a caregiver for your little one - caring, affectionate, firm around boundaries when needed, & goes the extra mile. She started watching my little one when she was around 8 months old all the way up until 4 years old. She always asked the right questions and when it doubt of the way I would want to do something - whether it be if something came up at bedtime, meal time, or having to do with safety or discipline she would inquire with me when confronted with a situaion that we had not chatted about. She tidied after herself & always put away the dishes after my daughter's meal times, she helped my little one clean up her messes, and always left our home as she found it. I trusted her to drive my little one - she did afternoon school pick up's and would take her to the park or our nature center, she even ran errands for me if needed (grocery store, returns, etc). She is organized with her time and schedule and was always very professional and on-time, sometimes coming even a little early when she could. I professionally nannied for a family in my twenties, so I had high expectations, and now I am full time working mom so our family needed someone we could trust implicitly that respected our parenting values and truly loved and cared for our kiddo - we won the lottery when we found Laine and any family would be lucky to have her!
