I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, medication management, and mobility. When providing care for those with memory care needs, I can de-escalate stressful situations and incorporate memory care activities. I respect the independence of the folks I am working with and communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
