Laila watched our 18 month old son full time last summer when we had some issues with our previous daycare center. From our very first communication, I was so impressed with her. She’s passionate about kids and has a really pleasant disposition. She is communicative and reliable, followed our son’s schedule to a t and was always flexible if we were running late, needed to change schedules or help watch our older son too. Laila was the first non family member we used for babysitting but we never had any concerns when our son was in her care. Almost a year later, we’ll still hear our son babbling “Laila” running around the house. We’d hire her again in a heartbeat.
