I consider myself as well experience babysitter, kind , and love kids . No doubt that I know how to change dippers, make bottles, cook food, but most off all keep it cool with tantrum. In case of a melt down situation my techniques finds out why the child is crying and try to make him/her happy again. Explain to them there is another way to communicate but all of this will take time and patience because kids needs guidance. Also, I use quite time and last result time out . beside that I like for the child to explore the outdoor have some fun , do some kid friendly science, be active, other than playing video games and watching TV. I'm Bilingual English/Spanish. I'm certified with CPR by America Heart Association, Medical Assistant, and Certified Nursing Assistant. I'm available Mondays-Fridays.
