Laila has been working for me for a while now and I never had a single issue with communication. She’s always clear, respectful, and easy to talk to . Major miscommunication- we were looking for an individual housekeeper and  I clarified that, we scheduled for an interview, provided our address and when I clarified again just to confirm not only what was said in our job listing but I had communicated previously, it was then disclosed it was a husband and wife team. That’s not something I felt comfortable with in my home daily and having no information on the male for background checks purposes.

Just had my first monthly cleaning with Laila. She did a wonderful job! Came home to sparkling kitchen, bathrooms, floors and surfaces! Already looking forward to my May cleaning!

I had a death in the family and had to travel, but my wife was bedridden. I had been taking to another person for a week who ghosted us at the last minute. Laila responded to my add and with only 2 days before I had to leave, agreed to help us. She was on time, worked with me on what I needed and agreed to reasonable terms. The only reason I didn't hire her for more was that I needed someone in the AM and she had another commitment. Hire her, you won't be sorry.

Laila has been absolutely amazing, she has come to my house three times a week for a few weeks now and so far I am extremely pleased with her detail. detail. she has helped me organize closets, helps with laundry, even helps put my kids toys away. it is exactly what I was looking for and she is fabulous. Laila impressed me during the interview; she has enough experience to relay what she will do, how she will do it and how long she thinks it will take.  She started today and the job was fantastic.  She thoroughly cleaned every inch of my home and it shines.  The initial deep clean took several hours and not once was she negative or in a hurry to quit.  I didn't want to cook dinner for fear of messing up my perfectly cleaned kitchen!  I look forward to a long relationship of housekeeping.
