I have been able to routinely interact with Lailanie professionally and she has systematically been outstandingly competent in her job with her knowledge of patient care. She is a great communicator, flexible, punctual and has great interpersonal skills while also being a team player. Moreover, she specifically portrays exemplary standards in: motivation, critical thinking, and consistently compassionate care. Lailanie continuously demonstrates motivation and diligence when carrying out her duties. She carries out job duties out to their full requirements while having the discerning eye for safety. Furthermore, Lailanie is creative with patients’ individuality while ensuring that their needs are met. She is always very compassionate and patient when working with patients of all backgrounds which is paramount to help motivate and foster continued strengthening and recovery for patients. She helped my family a great deal with my grandmother, and I would highly recommend her to care for your loved one!
