About Laila

Hi! I'm Laila, a future teacher looking for a nanny position this summer. I currently work at a childcare center where I care for the children of professors and doctors, and I'm experienced in supervising groups of up to 10 kids on my own. In this role, I'm responsible for keeping children safe, engaged, and happy while following daily schedules, routines, and center rules. I'm very comfortable managing meal times, activities, transitions, and making sure every child feels included and cared for. I also have experience working in different classrooms where I helped students with reading, schoolwork, and small group activities. These experiences have helped me become patient, organized, and confident working with children of different ages and needs. I love planning fun activities like crafts, games, and outdoor play, and my goal is always to create a safe, structured, and positive environment where kids can learn, have fun, and parents can feel confident in their care.
