About Laila

Hi! I'm Laila, a college student studying kinesiology with over 5 years of babysitting experience. I've always loved working with kids and naturally bring high energy, warmth, and engagement to every interaction. I currently serve as a team lead in my kids' church ministry and work as a soccer trainer at a middle school - both roles that have deepened my passion for mentoring and supporting youth. I also run a sports performance training business where I coach young athletes, helping them grow in both skill and confidence. Whether I'm playing, teaching, or simply being a safe and loving presence, I'm committed to making every child feel seen, supported, and valued.
